Kosovo Foreign Minister Behgjet Pacolli has announced that today he has met with the Secretary of State for Foreign Relations at the Holy Vatican Headquarters, Archbishop Paul Richard Gallagher.

Pacol has announced that he has sought the help of the Holy See, for Kosovo to become part of international organisations and agreements that ensure Kosovo's active and dignified participation in the global arena.

Pacolli's Facebook mailing:

I had a meeting today with the Secretary of State for Foreign Relations at the Holy See, Vatican in New Hork, Archbishop Paul Richard Gallagher. I was confirmed and welcomed the news of raising the level of Kosovo apostolic administration, something that is an assessment of our country and the climate of religious co-existence. I asked the help of the Holy See for Kosovo to become part of international organisations and agreements that provide us with active and dignified participation in the global arena. I informed the co-ordinator of developments in Kosovo. I told him why Kosovo deserves to be part of U NESTO, as an exemplary place of religious coexistence, where religious objects have been preserved for hundreds of years, as the legacy of our civilization,

I had a very encouraging meeting with the Government Councillor and Minister of Foreign Relations of the Monaco Prince of Gille Tonelli. This small but very powerful state will support Kosovo with its vote in all international organisations where we aspire to participate. I asked him to boost his country's business engagement in Kosovo.
