According to Halit, a group designated for purely personal interests has degraded The PDK is in such a position to go against investments in Skenderaj, and that is not due to its debt to Skyeraj citizens.

She even said she had an impact on some PDK aembilists not to vote on the municipality budget.

Haliti has called on PDK chairman Kadri Veseli to testify that she is pro-pro-profession in decision-making, soak not to allow the PDK branch degradation in Skenderaj.

“As the first leading female at the Skoried Assembly I have sincerely expected stronger support from the Democratic Party of Kosovo and from President Kadri Veselini, who has invited her to testify that she is pro-phene in her decision of taking, pro-reforming in the PDK, and to stop this degradation and privatisation of the PDK, in Skenderaj”, has written down by publishing their list of asbestists and votes for the budget.

Dear Scytheright citizens,

Congratulations on the approval of the municipality budget, which was drafted according to your demands, this budget was drafted by listening to each of you in 14 budgetary hearings in any local community with citizens of all municipalities, which no municipality has ever done in Kosovo.

As the Assembly's leader from the PDK ranks, I regret a part of the asambitists who are from my party who voted against the Communist Budget, voted against the infrastructure and developmental projects of Svilaj, voted against the budget that citizens asked for, voted against the interest of the Sculajan citizens, did this only for personal and group interests, and for worse, provoked violence for what I feel.

My party, the Democratic Party of Kosovo in Skenderaj, by a group designated for purely personal interests has degraded in a position to oppose investments in Skenderaj, this does not owe Sculeraj's citizens.

Those who push a part of the PDK deputies to vote against Skywright's budget yesterday, while today issue reactions on behalf of the PDK branch in Skenderaj, without taking any opinion of any member of the leadership or KD member, or even member of the PDK assembly, have long treated this subject in Skenderaj as private property without ignoring any standards of democracy and public responsibility.

As the first leading female at the Skyered Sink Assembly, I have expected stronger support from the Democratic Party of Kosovo and from President Kadri Veselini, who invites her to prove that she is pro-professing, pro-reforming in the PDK and to stop this degradation and privatisation of the PDK in Skenderaj.

When I get into politics my expectations have been great, President Kadri Wessel, don't let us down, because there are lots of women and young people whose eyes have been directed by you, waiting for your decision, for reforms, or to continue with this degradation.

In the 2019 budget vote, 28 asmblists participated, who voted 15 votes Pro, 11 against and 2 abstentions:
