Seal: Vucin just defeated Kosovo leaders again. He visited Weiman.

Before Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq's visit to Kosovo, Serbian Defence Minister Aleksandar Vulin said the situation is very complex to convey what is happening on the ground.

As he said, risks have increased, but stresses that this visit is a major international victory for President Vuciq.

Voulin estimated that Vuciqi's visit to Kosovo is an indication that Serbia has become an equal factor in international relations, Ksp broadcasts.

Commenting that Pristina authorities following Washington and the European Union's intervention changed the decision to ban President Vuciq in Wyman, Volin said the visit was a major international victory for President Vuciq.
