Rikalo's revenge for his wife confirmed by court

Nenad Ricalo has turned the Ministry of Agriculture into an institution that functions as a separate state. Even the judicial decisions are inexplicable in this government dictatorship, led by Minister Ricalo, whom the prime minister is holding in office, though for months he has resigned, as has his party has turned up in opposition, writes Koha Ditore today.
