The deputy head of the Serbian List, Igor Simiqi, has said that the attempt by Haradinaj Government to establish the Army of the Republic of Kosovo is being made to fuel tensions following Vuciqi's visit to Kosovo.
According to him, this is also being done to draw attention to the dialogue between Pristina and Belgrade in Brussels.
“Without the Serbian List's consent to the Kosovo Assembly and without changes to the Constitution, it is impossible to transform the KSF into the army”, Sympathies today told Pink TV.
We remember that yesterday the Haradinaj government has adopted three bills to convert the KSF into the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kosovo.
That was initially rejected by President Hashim Thaci, who later changed his stance.
Meanwhile, in terms of this move by the Haradinaj government has also reacted to the US Embassy in Kosovo, where they have declared Haradinaj has not consulted with them on forming the military.
Such a Haradinaj movement has sparked sharp reactions in Serbia.
