Former Kosovo President and current Deputy Prime Minister Behgjet Pacolli has just published a weekly photo with US President Donald Trump, writes Periscope.

The picture in question is hazy, and it shows Pacoll until it gives Trump a smiley hand, which looks backward and surprised.
