As it is known, Ivica Dacic has disclosed the idea of partitioning Kosovo many years ago. Milosevic's other Gebels, Vuciqi, has already accepted the idea of partitioning Kosovo, but moving further than Dacic, since he is in favour of establishing a border between Albanians and Serbs. Vuciqi's idea is even more subtle because it actually ignores Kosovo as political, state and geopolitical reality and requires agreement with Albanians, practically with Albania.

This is where the even greater danger arises because there are indicators that Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama is also involved in the project.

Edi Rama has been working with Vucinqi for years on weakening Kosovo's citizenship and establishing partnership between Serbia and Albania at the expense of Kosovo. Vuciqi, in turn, is shown by a little bit of a comic in his presentations, fearing Serbs that if they do not accept the restraining project between Albanians and Serbs now, after a few years they will be forced to protect Vranje from Albanian expansion! However, Vucinqi and Vucinqi are only followers of an ideology and earlier paranoid project of Serbian Nazifascism, because prior to these two Milosevic-era gebels, the so-called “” the father of the Serbian nation”, Dobrica Qosiqi had launched the Kosovo fragmentation project.

So Serbs want to exchange and break up what is not theirs, what they have lost in war with NATO, with the goal of Kosovo as a state wiping out the map. The leaders of Serbia's new Naziscism have their own scores and we cannot change their minds. But the fact that he has not been able to resist such conspiracy proposals, which are contrary to his defunct commitment and the country's Constitution, reveals his weakness as leader, which has arrived at a stage where he has no power to protect his country's sovereign policy. This is further illustrated in the fact that all Albanian parliamentary parties, the Prime Minister and Speaker of the Parliament have been firmly declared against his proposal for “border correction”, while he continues to protect that proposal further.

The additional concern is that Hashim Thaci has taken up this work with his establiment, made up of some secular media figures, business and politics that, under normal conditions, should not be where they are, due to unexplained ties in the past with various Serbian and Russian power segments. What are the dangers?

First, The new US administration, this of Donald Trump, is not the administration of continued support for Kosovo, but of discontunity. The Tramp administration has begun to dismantle the decisions of its Democrat ancestors, Clinton's Obama, from health insurance, agreement with Iran, global warming to customs fees with the EU. There is danger that even Kosovo will be counted by this arrogant administration as “the heritage of Clintons” and be punished as such. Therefore, there is a need for caution in this administration. At least until it is explained whether the American people have chosen this president or have chosen Russian services! Investigations into this issue are continuing and Kosovo would have to wait for their epilogue more than anyone else.

Second, The president must be aware that for these ten years of independence, Kosovo has not emerged from the failed state area. The dominance of organised crime practices, bandietic privatisations, primitive religious extremism, election industrial thefts, violent behaviour towards minorities have increased the suspicion of Kosovo allies in its ability to survive as a dog. As a result, various options have been opened, including deregulation as a state, with the opening of the issue of its borders. Opening this subject does not undermine Thaci's responsibility for these failures and absolutely does not increase the trust of international shareholders in its credibility.

Third, President Thaci would have to know that Trump has declared “his” doctrine in which the European Union has been declared an enemy of the United States. Because of this possible reason that Trump is interested in putting fire on his court in Kosovo, the former European Union. If the Balkans turned into interethnic conflict, the European Union, without US help, would simply cough. This seems to be a Trump's wish, but so is Putin's project. The use of the border issue between Kosovo and Serbia, to rekindle the conflict, seems like an ideal adut, because it is very easily sparked by old hatred. After all, President Thaci would have to know that it is absurd to try “correction of borders” between Kosovo and Serbia, when the fact is that Serbia considers Kosovo its own territory and has it introduced into the Constitution. One more thing has to be known: if the referendum in Macedonia fails and the elections in Bosnia and Herzegovina go wrong, then the conflict could involve these states, so almost the entire so-called Western Balkans. It is even possible that opening the subject of borders has been designed precisely to stimulate the failure of the reference to the name in Macedonia.

This is a way for crises to connect and turn into a Balkan war along “green transversal” to continue the Syrian tragedy this time in Europe.

The fourth, It should be noted that restoring the conflicts in the Balkans is absolutely not meant to solve the concrete problems that exist. According to “the trampian doctrine” conflict is intended to restore, among other things, to a final “ “x3> of the Balkan Muslims' case, who during the XX century have escaped some genocides but who in a new conflict could be hit even more heavily than in the past, this time with Russia's direct evolution, with the permission of Tramp. The weakening and possible destruction of Muslims in the Balkans could be one of the objectives of the current anti-Balkan and anti-European coalition Tramp-Putin.

This would create opportunities to reshape the spheres of influence between the US and Russia, excluding the EU, perhaps even NATO.

FifthIt must be known that the correction of the borders of the exchange of territories, respectively, is essentially genocide because it rootifies peoples from their lands for centuries. Such actions are sooner or later punishable because genocide crimes are not ageable and someone will always prosecute convictions at the Court of Justice.

In this context, it should also be known that the damage to the Presevo Valley has already been done, because the proposal for “uniting the Presevo Valley with Kosovo” has trapped and mocked its leaders, exposing Albanians there as non-combat “to the state, for which they can punish the revenge of the Serbian state in the first case it is given.

The sixth, There should not be problems of this nature needed for the fragile state of Kosovo, which neither the EU nor the UN nor even NATO, which exercises a security mandate in Kosovo, according to Resolution 1244, which is still in force.

Exposing the border issue is like a commodity when it is auctioned. With a European Union, regid, sterile, populist and Islamist in large measure, Kosovo has just been better off keeping the status quo and waiting for better times, since Serbia is rushing for EU membership, not Kosovo, which is far away in this process and even further into UN and NATO membership.
