Periscop has contacted Nuredin Lushtaku, whose name finds itself in the charge of fraud with veterans' lists. He has said he has yet to accept any official confirmation from the prosecution of any charges against him.
I don't have any official notice on me. I don't even know the truth of this act. I've said it the first time then and I've been to the Prosecutor like so many others who have been. He's been asking me about the prosecution process since the process. Even I don't know I've had any charges to stand up or be accused of something, it was his answer to Periscope.
Lushtaku, as the examiner of the 114 Brigade, as a month ago, says this information is getting through the media and that someone is playing dirty politics on this issue.
I don't know what an indictment is on someone when nothing is reported and the media get it in front. You're pretty much aware of what these charges are, but those who did them do it all the way, now let's look. That these dirty policies are somebody else's fault and let them have their feet. Lushtaku says.
Regarding the swelling of last-war veterans' lists in Kosovo, Lushtaku has said the prosecution should deal with this job and that all he knew he told the prosecution earlier.

The prosecution in the indictment has proposed that the court issue the measure to prevent the payment of legally acquired pensions as KLA veteran fighters until the end of the criminal procedure.
From the evidence provided so far has proven that illegal payments to KLA war veterans have been against them, the Republic of Kosovo budget has been damaged in many of the 68,153,533.14 euros./Periscopi/
