A biography of France's first lady, Brigitte Macron, made quite a stir earlier this year. A French newspaper has summed up the most interesting things that come out of that bio, writes Periscope.
One of the most surprising facts says that as a teenager, she was part of a skating team in the northern French city of Amiens, in which she grew up.
Another says that she was not always a teacher, even though this particular profession is constantly attributed to her. She met Macron during her time as a teacher, and the young Emmanuel was a student of hers.
But in 1982 she had been working as a press secretary at the Nord-Pas-de-Calais Economic Ode. This experience, she wrote her biography, seemed to have satisfied her, even though she did not become a vocalist.
During his time in Trichterheim, near Strasbourg, Bridgite was involved in local life and had helped organize events in that area, which means she was in politics even before she met Macron.

According to many former students interviewed, the first lady was a passionate and unusual teacher who sent students to watch dramas, listened to their secrets, and even invited them to her homes for a drink.
She's always been close to Emmanuel Macroni.
Since the appointment of Macron as Economy Minister, Brigitte Macron has held a privileged position in her husband's affairs.
This has included lowering the right during his official meetings.
She lost all her friends because of her relationship with Macron
No wonder her relationship with Macron was not easy to accept from society. After his family failed, her friends turned their backs, says the biographer.
