The agricultural products price index in 2017 marked a drop by 0.7 % compared to the previous year. In 2017, the price index of plant products marked decline by 0.9 %, and the price index of animal products marked a decline of 0.4 %, compared to a year ago.
According to data published today, the largest annual increase has been marked, the group's “industrial plant prices” with 22,25 %. Group prices “Perime” have increased by 0.01 percentage points. Also, group prices “-alive weight” have increased by 2,65 percentage points and “Drufruits” by 0.23 percentage points.
The “Dritories group” has scored an 11.62 %. The group's “Bemforage” prices have dropped by 7.06 %. Group prices “Patate” have dropped by 8,38 %. The group's “Qumish and other bigtoral products” have scored a 2.59 %.

The source of data is the Most Agricultural Product Awards Survey. In 2017 the annual agricultural price index (2015=100) reached 99.2, from 99.9 in 2016.
The prices of agricultural products are calculated based on standards and regulations passed on at Eurostat Agricultural Products Manual. Collecting data tops near farms, livestock markets, majority markets and other countries where agricultural products can accumulate. The information is only about farm prices for domestic products, excluding taxes. They are counted in Lek, while the measuring units are in: kilos, liters, and pieces.
Products that provide basis for the price index of agricultural products are divided into two main groups: Plant and animal products. For plant products, prices are collected for these groups - cereals, industrial plants, food plants, vegetables, potatoes, and woodfruits. For livestock products, prices have been collected for livestock and livestock products. Prices are collected for four major categories of animals: cattle, fines, pigs, and birds. For livestock products, prices are collected for categories: milk, eggs, and honey
