“The soil exchange formula or border movement is not a ticket to the EU, but only the delay for membership at” has stated Haradinaj.
He has also indicated that he does not believe Russia will intervene in the issue.
New Atlantic writes that Serbian President Alekander Vuciq and Kosovo Hashim Thaci are making a plan that will reduce ethnic tensions and contribute to stability in the Balkans.
Haradinaj has said that failing a border movement agreement would enable a rational solution.
“As soon as this debate over the movement of borders or correction as they call it stops, then we can sit on the table for a rational solution between us”, he added.
Kosovo's prime minister has also said he prefers to live in peace and not to return the tragedies of the past, one which, according to him, would happen to an agreement on Thaci's idea.
