France, Germany, the US and Canada support London investigations into Scripal case

France, Germany, the US and Canada announced today in a joint statement that they have full confidence in British police findings in the Novice poisoning investigation in March of a former Russian agent in England. “We have full confidence in British conclusions, under which the two suspects were Russian secret military service officers [...]
“We are completely confident in the British conclusions, under which the two suspects were officers of Russian military secret services and this operation has most likely been approved at a very high level of government (ruse)”, declare the leaders of four Western powers in a communique published by “Downing Street” and also signed by London, one day by issuing European arrest warrants against two persons.
“We urge Russia to provide the OPCW (The Organisation for the Prevention of Chemical Weapons) full information concerning its Novico” programme, this statement is highlighted.
London saw Russian President Vladimir Putin today as responsible for poisoning Serguei Scripal and his daughter, Julia, on March 4th in Salisbury, southwest England. A day earlier, British Prime Minister Theresa May had confirmed before Parliament that the attack was prepared by two Russian secret military service officers (GRU).
