Donald Trump has suggested that the Spanish government face the migration crisis in the Mediterranean through the extension of one of its most famous policies, and by building a wall around the Sahara Desert, the foreign minister of this country has discovered, writes The Guardian, translates Periscopi.
According to Josep Borrell, the American president removed scepticism from Spanish diplomats, saying <x0 limit with the Sahara cannot be greater than our border with Mexico. ”
Trump received many supporters in the 2016 elections when he promised to build a beautiful, big <x0m> along the U.S. border with Mexico, which is about 3218 miles long.
A similar plan in Sahara is more complicated, however, writes Periscope, because Spain holds two small enclaves north of Africa -- Ceutan and Melillan -- and such a wall would be built in a foreign territory.
Borrell's comments spread like the wind from Spanish media during today. /Periscopi
