“Bandsteel”: I would dance for joy if Kosovo agreement reached Serbia

U.S. military base commander “Bandsteel” in Kosovo, Nick Ducich, has indicated that the first time he visited Kosovo was 2010, when he accompanied people visiting Ukraine's KFOR contingent while they were still in Kosovo.
