According to Peja's Founding Prosecutor, the case occurred yesterday at around 1: 00 p.m., in the northeastern village of Istog City, where police stopped a trailer that was allegedly transporting narcotics.
The Peja Prosecutor's Procuror, shortly after receiving this information, has gone to the scene and undertaken all necessary investigative actions, which have resulted in finding out in the trailer of about 145 (a hundredth of twenty-fiveths) of narcotics, which is suspected of being of the type of marijuana. After that, the prosecutor of the case has made a decision to ban three people, allegedly having to commit criminal acts “bribing, possession, distribution and unauthorized selling of narcotics, psychic and analog substances” by Article 273 concerning Article 281 and 31 of KPR. In this case against the defendants will be applied for the detention assignment, the means of carrying out criminal acts will be seized, and all investigative actions will be taken with the aim of lighting up this criminal case”, the Prosecutor's Community said.
