Charles Cuonen, Switzerland

About half a mile long, the Charles Cohen Bridge in Switzerland is the longest pedestrian bridge in the world. It lies on the valley that lies between the cities of Cermat and Grächen. The bridge is seen as a memorable sight on the imposant Matherhorn, which is 4,478 feet [4,478 m] high, transmits Telegragraphy.

Glass Bridge, Hebei Bailu Group, China

In the northern Chinese province of Hebei lies the world's longest glass bridge. The length is 488 feet [488 m] and is located at an altitude of 218m. Connecting Pingsan and little Hongjag resort. A total of 1,077 glass panels, each of which is about four inches [4 cm] thick, have been used for the bridge's construction.

Køge North Station Bridge, COBE Architects, Denmark

The Bureau “Cobe Arhitects” designed the footbridge in Danish town of Køge “Køge North Station”, length 225m. The bridge will offer impressive panoramic views on the 180-scale landscape.

Set to Changsha in China, “Lucky Knot” actually makes up three bridges at one. The bridge connects the banks of the river, roads and park. Inspiracy for its woven tape view, the architects of the Dutch bureau “Next Architects” have found it in ancient Chinese popular art. The length is 185m high and 24m high.

Helicx Bridge, Cox Archaeology, Singapore

When it opened in 2010, the “Helix” bridge in Singapore has been the world's first in design of which double spirals are involved. Inspired by DNA structure, its appearance represents life, growth, and renewal.

Nine Elems Bridge, Bysthrup, England
