BuzzFed, one of Donald Trump's most powerful online media, has published a document announcing that the US and Russian president have agreed there will be a new division of borders in the world if Trump president is elected.
According to BuzFeed, major European capitals have rejected the US stance on Kosovo.

Citing two diplomatic sources, the article says that under an informally supported “plan from Serbia, there will be exchange of northern Kosovo territories with the Presevo Valley, which has the ethnic Albanian population.
BuzzFed then quoted a French diplomat who wanted to remain anonymous as saying the controversial “ide of the borders is destabilising”.
Germany strongly opposes changing borders and has vetoed veto.
