Matoshi has been arrested at the border point at the White sheep and has been sent to the police station in Bujanoc, reports Klan Kosova.
Matosh's family do not understand the reason for their arrest, and they have complained about the totally irregular form of treatment.
Matoshi, who is a dentist in Germany, had finished vacationing in Kosovo and was returning to Germany from the same point of entry in Kosovo.
He has been detained without warning and arrested by Serbian police.
Matosh's brother said that his brother was arrested by <x0kins for activities during the last war of”.
The Matosh family have also tried to report the German Embassy to clarify the situation and free Ibrahim from the police station.
