Famous Croatian general's lawyer key to territorial exchange debate

Luka Misetic, one of Croatian General Ante Gotovina's famous lawyers who became famous after the process and Gotovina's release from The Hague Tribunal, was today involved in the debate launched by President Thaci for demarcation of the border with Serbia.

So Misetic, who is American of Croatian descent, asked an interesting question that “if Kosovo and Serbia really reach a border correction agreement that brings recognition of Kosovo and the chair to the UN, it would be interesting to see which states will oppose it. ”

Misetic continues that if any such state prevents the peace agreement, then in the words of Colin Powell, the former American Secretary of State, these states will become the owner of the problem forever.

Otherwise, Gotovina, according to earlier news, was also the team's chief who won victory in arbitration in the case of the Axos company's indictment against the Kosovo government in the matter of PTK's failed privatisation.
