7 immigrants between them five Pakistanis and two Afghans who were caught Thursday at the customs terminal in Pristina. But what was the destination of refugees who were being smuggled by the Serbian driver?
17-year-old Ibrahim Ahmed from Afghanistan had a job coming to Kosovo after being caught illegally transported with six others Thursday.
They were caught inside a truck in Pristina, which a citizen of Serbia was driving.
Five are Pakistanis, and the other is Ahmed's co-ordinator.
All had mastered Germany as refugees, where the Afghan hoped to join his uncle.
Refugees from faraway Asian countries had stayed in Greece for a long time from where they learned the West through Kosovo.
Although captured in Pristina, Ahmed has no long intention of staying in Kosovo.
He says at first chance he'll leave.
Officials from the Ministry of Internal Affairs said these seven persons sought asylum in Kosovo.
Their first impressions were good.
Currently, Magur's asylum seekers are 34 accommodated.
This number is higher than last year.
The center is equipped with living rooms, kitchens, libraries and recreation space.
