In a copy of the political statement, which the portal Presheva.com has published, among other things it says “The Presevo Valley continues to remain the most discriminated and economically underdeveloped region, as a result of Serbia's discriminatory state policy”.
In this political statement, full implementation of the collective rights of Albanians and the substantial establishment of continued monitoring of the international Community is required in order to assess the real status of Albanians in the Presevo Valley.
“Of all the parties participating in the Brussels dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia to include the political status of Albanians in the Presevo Valley and the solution to be required with the application of the reciprocity principle, with the rights of Serbs in northern Kosovo”, the statement said.
On the other hand, without resolving these rights, there can be no literal normalisation between Kosovo and Serbia.
Of the total of 68 Albanian councillors, the Presevo, Bujanoc and Medvedja Municipal Frameworks, 50 advisers participated in the Assembly of Albanian Councillors of the Presevo Valley.
