Thaci's legal offense, Haradinaj's Veseliny going to Brussels

Kosovo President Hashim Thaci, Parliament Speaker Kadri Veselin and Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj, today have committed serious violations of the Law on the State Protocol. All three of the country's leaders have travelled to Brussels. With him are Deputy Prime Ministers Limaj, Pacolli and Gashi. The State Protocol law envisions [the] leaders
None of the three leading state leaders are currently found in Kosovo. Foreignly, Deputy Prime Ministers Fatmir Limaj, Behgjet Pacolli and Dardan Gashi are also found.
President Hashim Thaci, Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj and Parliament Speaker Kadri Veselini have travelled to Brussels, when they are expected to meet with European Union High Representative Federica Moghrini.
With the departure of three top state leaders abroad, Kosovo has remained today without any of the leaders of the three main institutions in the country. But Thaci's exit abroad, Haradinaj and Wessel, poses violations of the law, reports FactePlus.
With these trips they have violated the Law on State Protocol, which envisions that the three heads of state at the same time cannot travel abroad.
The state protocol is publicly informed of any movements of key personalities, president, Speaker of the Parliament and Prime Minister abroad. The visits are co-ordinated so that they are not all three simultaneously abroad”, made known in the Law on State Protocol.
This is sanctioned in Law No. 03 L-123 for the State Protocol of the Republic of Kosovo, exactly, head IV, which speaks of the official ceremony of the top state authorities.
With the violation of this law, it means that in the event of an extraordinary event in Kosovo, no one will be able to give any order, as it is thus envisioned by law.
And this is not the first time the president, prime minister and Speaker of the Parliament has violated this law.
They have done so with the occasion of Mother Teresa's sanctification ceremony in the Vatican last year. All three attended the Mass, leaving the country at no one's mercy
And the three leaders had also turned around even when they had traveled to the United States, where they participated in “Morning Prayers”.
