South Pristina station police have detained the suspect, who in his car has not respected traffic signs.
While the unit was dealing with the case, the passenger, Kosovo Albanian with Swedish citizenship, had initially prevented the police from attacking them physically.
Two cops took medical treatment.
Police suspects were under the influence of alcohol. By order of the prosecutor after the blaze, the suspects were interviewed and released in regular procedure.
