Belgrade daily “Informer”, in her title, writes that “Gjarpri provokes Serbia, says there will be no partition of Kosovo and that the Presevo Valley will be established in Brussels!”
Other media such as “Tanjug”, “Beta”, “B92”, “Blic”, and so on, quote the statement of President Thaci, who has said there will be no division of Kosovo during this meeting.
Thaci, Belgrade media write, has indicated there will be no partition of Kosovo, already the legally binding agreement on the conclusion of the dialogue will be signed by two independent states. He has said Kosovo is tasked not only to hear the problems facing Albanians in the Valley, but also for Kosovo institutions to deal with advancing their rights. The head of the country stressed that Kosovo can no longer close its eyes in the face of injustice Belgrade is doing to the Albanians in the Valley.
On the other hand, Serbian media also quoted Democratic Party of Presevo leader Ragmi Mustafa, who said the Valley political leaders remain committed to respecting the will of the Albanians of Bujanovac, Presevo and Medvedja, expressed in 1992, when Albanians are clearly declared for a political and territorial autonomy with the right to union with Kosovo. He has stressed that now it is a historic moment to solve the problems that have been piled up for decades between Albanians and Serbs.
