Kelmendi has said there are doubts that people charged by the Special Court can make concessions (in the dialogue process with Serbia).
“is an accountability and suspicion that there is danger that people accused by the Special Court are not acting for release from this court, making different concessions”.
Always talking to President Thaci and his role in talks with Serbia, Kelmendi estimates the danger is precisely seen by a decision influenced by the pressure of the Special Court.
“Permissions by the Special Court are the main element that poses the danger that [Thaci] could bring a decision”.
Kelmendi has said among other things that those who have freed us can also determine the extent of Kosovo's borders.
The former “those who freed us have put us in a cut when they put the French in Mitrovica, and only those who have freed us can determine where our foot will step”, Kelmendi declared, saying it is only his personal opinion.
