Kosovo Women Network ( S. The GK) organises a peaceful protest tomorrow in front of the Rahovec Court's facility to seek justice for Antigona.
“After that justice institutions were not taking appropriate measures, following numerous reactions, RGK hired lawyer Fehmije Gashi Bytyqi to represent the Antigona family”, the Kosovo Women's Network reported.
The course through the protest requires urgent reaction by the Constitutional Court in Rahovec in the case of the late Antigona Morina and merit punishment for her death, Hilmi Zena.
The same was declared innocent of the same court, while the complaint filed by the prosecution after that ruling had disappeared from officials at the Constitutional Court in Rahovec.
Therefore, RGK seeks from Kosovo justice accountability and seriousness in handling this case, but also similar cases, in compliance with the Kosovo Criminal Code.
We remind you that the deceased died six years ago because of constant bleeding, three days after the wedding. At the time, her husband, Hilmi Zena, has, except that she had not offered medical assistance, exacerbated her condition by continuing with her”, the RGK report said.
