In less than three hours, it is passed from reading the charge to final words, reports KTV.

During the interrogation, the two accused have refused to take advantage of something from subvention of the NGO “Jakova Innovation Center”, by MTI. But, prosecutor Arrian Gashi, has now demanded Minister Luka and Eljana Naka's former secretary, be punished for the criminal act of conflict of interest.

With such a request, however, the defence that has sought the release of the accused has not been reconciled.

The prosecution accuses Minister Luka of applying for the initiative's pledge to the NGO “Jakova Innovation Center”, while Eljana Naka, of the decision to separate 20 thousand euros from the funding category for the NGO.

Luka, who was then head of the Investment Promoting Agency, and Secretary Naka, engaged in this NGO with a decision by former Minister Mimoza Kusari Lila, one as founder, and the other as chairman of her board.

The court's ruling will be announced Monday.
