Pacolli may not go to Novi Pazar at all, has yet to give Serbia the green light

Pacolli, on Thursday in interactive “”, has said he will not attempt to enter Serbian territory without permission from neighbouring state authorities.
But Pacolli has not yet received an answer to visit Novi Pazar.
KTV has also contacted the director of the Kosovo office in Serbia's Government, Marko Djuric, who has said he does not want to plead on the matter.

Political issues recognisers say Serbian officials' statements are like some kind of blackmail and pressure before reaching the final agreement in Brussels and because of the ban Kosovo authorities made on some Serbian officials.

The Bosnian National Council has invited Pacolli to visit Novi Pazar and Raska on July 21st and 22nd. Pacolli was invited to the quality of Kosovo's deputy prime minister and foreign minister to talk about human rights.
