Leonel Messi's early departure from Russia was not random and was approved by the Argentina staff and by the World Cup organising committee, according to Russia's Federal Agency (FAN).
According to FAN, Messi and his associate Javier Mascherani left for the airport on Sunday morning, while the rest of the team left in the evening, “reported. Sputnik International” Transmission Periscope.
