Ragp Sylvia was born in 25. 5 / 15 1959 in Sluguzan, Suhareka, where he has finished elementary and high school classes. He has conducted master's studies of technology at Pristina University.
He worked as a teacher in the home of SMT “Skender Laguasi” in Suhareka, journalist and editor in the student newspaper “The new World”, in Pristina daily “Bota today” “Zer”.
He has published 15 literary works, including books of poetry, prose, drama, and essays.
For literary and publicistic activity, he has sometimes been honoured with various awards and gratitude. Meanwhile, his poetry and stories are involved in different anthology, Albanian, and several foreign languages.
He's had some training dealing with public relations.
Since May 3rd 2009, he worked as a senior official for publication at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo.
