The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina, the General Department, has issued a ruling on the detention of the person, D.G. Arrested by Kosovo Police, due to reasonable suspicion that from October 2015 until March 2018, the Podujevo branch has repeatedly forged the decisions of the KLA's disabled, and has put authorized persons in the Autovent Centre to prove a first false case for recording the vehicle.

Defendant D.G. Authorised persons of this centre have introduced the decision to the effect that people were disabled in the KLA war, even though they did not have that status. With these actions, defendant D.G. has committed criminal work <x0 legized false content” by Article 403 paragraph 1 of KKP.

The case attorney has demanded the court's appointment of the detention measure against defendant D.G. Because there is danger of escape, as well as the risk of influence on the injured and the witnesses.
