Court hearing postponed against Sami Lushtaku and six others in case KEK 2ʹ

The chairman of the court, Becir Kaluldra, has announced to the parties in the procedure that this session will not be held, since the jurors, Shashivar Hoti, are on annual leave.
Sam Lushtaku, whose protector, Arian Koci, declared he was on his way to court.
Otherwise, during July the trial was envisioned for hearings on July 18th and 19th, but the same have been cancelled because of the lack of Judge Hoti.
The next session in this case is expected to be held on 24 August. The Kosovo Judiciary Council on September 27th last year had approved EULEX's application that the case “KEK 2”, to delegate local judges.
