Albanian traffickers arrested bringing people to US for 80,000 euros

Nine people have been arrested in Shkodra and another 2 have been reported in search of the completion of the operation, codenamed “Grantators”, which trafficked people to England and the U.S., through a scheme that functioned on the basis of counterfeiting various identity documents, etc. It is also learned that a laboratory for [...] has been seized.
It is also learned that a laboratory that served to forge documents has been seized, as well as numerous material evidence of this traffic scheme broadcasts.
Their arrest was carried out under the 2018 criminal prosecution, as this well-organised group carried out criminal activity to help provide illegal border crossings to European Union and US countries. These actions were done against the payment of various sums ranging from 8,000 euros to 12,000 euros.
The assistance provided consisted of counterfeiting documents to countries of EU states, where these citizens in co-operation with each other enabled people to locate and then, with counterfeit documents ( Italian and Greek identity cards, visas, driving permits, student cards etc.), and their use enabled the transition to England and the US.
The route people followed was from Albania, (Sicil) Italy, England, as well as another Albanian route, Kosovo, Croatia, Italy Mountain England, U.S.A.
Likewise, these citizens offered interested persons, against pay, their association to the final destination, as well as the carrying out of permanent marriages with Bulgarian citizens and citizens through Albania's various civil situation offices.
The arrested authors and group roles are:
• Gazmend Garupi, 44, resident of the village of Kosmac, Shkodra. This citizen was in the main role of the organiser.
• Sotiraq Anthony, 52, resident of Korca, in the role of the main associate, after securing all forged documents in EU countries and Albania.
• Haxhi Ramadani, 54, resident of Kosmac, Shkodra, in the role of collaborator.
• Bledjan Ramadani, 29, resident of Kosmac Shkodra, in the role of aide.
• Edward Shima, 37, resident of Shkezza, Shkodra in the role of recruiters.
• Plumb Paul, 47, resident of Gruedira, the Great Mountain. He secured forged documents.
• Rescue Cyrus, 59, resident of Shkodra and Korca, in the role of transporters and assistants.
• Nicolaus Mano, 59, a resident in Korca, used his residence as a base, and had a laboratory for counterfeiting documents.
• Tony, 27 years old, living in hibernation, beneficiary and user of forged documents.
While declared in search of citizens:
K.P.,46, resident in Lezha, in the role of assistants after mediating Frequent Marriages with Bulgarian nationals.
Y.Th. 36-year-old resident in Kosmac, Shkodra, declared searching for “Help for Illegal Crossing the border”, and “Producing and selling narcotics. This person had the role of a helper.
Under this investigation at the conclusion of the operation, they have been seized into the quality of material evidence:
Document counterfeiter, where three computer units, 2 laptops, 5 scanners, 5 printers, 3 printers-canners, 5 different seals, 14 Ussb, 17 stamp tamponas, 1 biometric passport, 1 ID card, 10 plastic structure platforms, 2 foreign ID cards, passport photos, generalial materials, suspected narcotic substances 2kg, 9 cell phones, 4 different branding vehicles, and 1 hunting weapons.
The materials referred to the Judiciary Circle Prosecutor for further legal actions.
