Wessel: Basca Hilmi's Konaku was a conflict of Kosovo freedom

Kosovo Assembly Speaker Kadri Veselini has said news of Hilmi Haradinaj's death has greatly saddened him.

Wessel, through a Facebook post, has said that Prime Minister Haradinaj's father, Hilmiun, has known Kosovo on a difficult day.

I was very sad about the death of Basque Hilmi. I recognized him in the difficult days for Kosovo, when together with his sons and hundreds of others from all over Kosovo were creating the Kosovo Liberation Army. Basca Hilmi's Konaku was a conflict of Kosovo freedom. Comfort Prime Minister Haradinaj, family, friends and all who had the chance to recognize this honourable Dukagjin man and all of Kosovo”, wrote Wessel.
