When Ronaldo scored the third goal of free shooting all Portugal players were celebrating the goal outside the field lines, except one.
The reason this Portugal football player stood by the line, but he couldn't get by to celebrate with his teammates was because of a FIFA rule.
The rule says one player must stay in the field so that the opponent doesn't start the ball in the middle of the field, because if even this player had joined the party then the Spaniards could have started the game and very easily scored the goal. /Periscope/
