On Sunday morning around 3:56am, Greg Johnson of the Skunk Bay Weather has caught some mysterious vertical lights in the coast of northern Kitsap. In the 20th second, there are some orange - colored lights that pass through the clouds of the sky.
This event has been published online to get others' opinions about the origin of the phenomenon, “reported. RT” Transmission Periscope.
