Earlier this week, Minister Ivan Todosijevic has placed the mosque for residential buildings in Gracanica Llaplasella.
This is one of the projects financed by the Ministry of Management of Local Power and the municipality of Gracanica.
The 10 Serb majority municipalities have been favoured by this minister with the budget earmarked for capital investments.
Deputy Prime Minister Becir Fejzullahu says that in addition to the remaining funds for capital investments, the projects of 28 Albanian majority municipalities have supported them with other funds available to the ministry to make a balance of investments.
Minister Todosijevic and two other Serbian List ministers have been on the run since late March, when Kosovo authorities arrested Kosovo Office Director Marko Djurovic, however, have continued to exploit Kosovo state resources.
Analyst Krenar Shala says both the government and the Serbian List are trying to take advantage of the opportunity, as according to him, extraordinary elections are not far off.
In the media, it has recently been reported for orientation of millions in municipalities in the country's north by Agriculture Minister Nenad Ricalo.
The Serbian list, within the Government of Kosovo, in addition to the Ministry of Management of Local Power, Agriculture, also leads with that of Return and Communities.
