Two Albanian Swiss National footballers -- Gerdan Shaqiri and Granit Jaka -- could be suspended until two games of no game.

FIFA has launched disciplinary procedure against Jaka and Shaqiri because they celebrated, making the eagle behind goals towards Serbia.

The Serbian Football Federation has officially complained at FIFA about their celebration, which it called “political celebration”.

In this case, FIFA could punish the two players if their celebrations are estimated to have provoked the public.

If convicted, Jaka and Shaqiri could be punished by two games of no game.

This implies that the pair may not appear in the last round of Group E against Costa Rica and then in the next phase, if qualified, play with either Mexico or Germany.

However, as “Telegraph” writes, the likelihood of punishing the Swiss Albanian doubles is small, since both Albania and Kosovo are members of FIFA and their flags appear in international matches.
