Russian politician has proposed that clashes between hooligans return to actual events in stadiums, and his proposal has also been supported by Russian spy Anna Chapman.
Lebedev is an ultranationalist and a staunch Putin supporter. The English “Typhoses will come here and start to boast. We have to respond that we are ready and meet at stadium 20 against 20, but without weapons”, said Lebedev, who says further that Russian fans are not hooligans, but fighters, and according to him, fights can turn into sports.
