Italian bankers via operation codenamed “Boterori” have discovered a true industry of counterfeit sports brands organised at labs and production workshops set up in the province of Turin, Salernos, Regio Calabrias, Firenze, Gorica, Matera and Foggia. The best - selling shirts were those of Ronaldo and Messiah.
Twenty people under investigation have been charged with tax fraud, counterfeiting commercial brands and theft.
Among the seized materials are dozens of T-shirts of Italian team Juventus with the coat of last title MI7H.
