OAK invites MP Berisha not to manipulate businesses, public opinion

Kosovo's Afarism Oda is very concerned with the spurious statements issued by the chairman of the Commission for Economic Development, Infrastructure, Trade, Industry and Regional Development, Sala Berisha- Shala on TV Contact show Tribuna Channel in connection with the OAK parliamentary deputies' request not to vote on the Mine and Mine Bill without even some changes being asked.

OAK once again reminds the deputy and chairman of the Parliamentary Economic Development Commission that the OAK is available to the current bill and has examined it in detail, even though Sala Berisha has not sent it to the OAK at the request of the latter.

The bill in question removes the possibility of insurance being made in security companies, as it is currently. The bill is not divided into metal application procedures (such as Gold, Silver,nic, chromium. .e.,) non-methal (lceral, you wanted. .et) and gravel (serparations), ornamental stones, coal... four. OAK has been inviting you to the office for months to discuss all of this with businesses and you haven't responded. OAK once again invites Kosovo Parliament deputies not to vote on this Bill in the situation, but to return for detailed review because this Law has been under consideration for nearly ten years. Postponement for a few more days will do much to prevent this Law from being immediately aired or exploited by administrative guidelines, which in most cases conflicts with Laws”, states the opinion of the Afarism Ode.

The OAK reminds the MP that laws should be made for business and development of the country, which is missing Kosovo very much.

“Unfortunately due to dysfunctional laws and laws that clash with each other, Kosovo has become a European Africa.

To be aware of the public, this Parliamentary Commission has also prepared the Mother Trade Society Law, which has full opposition to the Kosovo Strategic Investment Law and is not found anywhere in the world”, the OAK's response is said.
