Brazil's team doctor said the hotel mattress was the cause of these spasms, which took Marcelo Vieiran out of the field very early in the game.
Brazil, however, managed to win 2 to 0 against Serbia, and get the first in its group. It will fight against Mexico in the 1/8th of the final, and Marcelo is in doubt because of poor sleeping conditions, reportedly.
