Kadri Wessel is seeing Kosovo leaders in the region for good roads

The chairman of the Republic of Kadri Wessel, today, at the inauguration ceremony of the 3rd Bibai-Doganaj segment of the R6 “Arba Xhaferi”, has named this extraordinary project for Kosovo, which makes all its people proud.

Wessel said Kosovo for a record time is becoming the leader of infrastructure transformation in the region.

He added that two decades ago this may have seemed a good dream for Kosovo, seen in reality only outside of it.

This is real in Kosovo today. And it's happening. The Zharba Xhaferi's highway is on its way and we believe that by November 28th of this year, it will reach the border with Macedonia”, Veselin stressed.

He added that along with visa liberalisation for Kosovo citizens from the European Union, which, as Wessel said, is expected to happen at the end of this year, Kosovo is creating powerful and modern infrastructure links with neighbouring and EU countries, including important regional ports.

This is our modern Kosovo. It is witnessing the region's champion in completing modern infrastructure for its citizens and those of neighbouring states. Kosovo is already linked to all road corridors and maritime ports. All these connections and visa-free travel that will soon take place well show the extent of our integration with European countries”, Veselin stressed.
