The final phase, as well as the entire dialogue process, has been eased by the EU's high representative for foreign policy.
The dialogue had started at the time that it was Baroness Catherine Ashton, as she intends to conclude from her successor, Federica Moghrini. At the next start, Mogher's mandate ends.
Bekim Colak is adviser to President Hashim Thaci. A day earlier, he has accompanied the head of state to the first meeting of the final phase of dialogue, held in Brussels with Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq.
He has indicated on Monday how intense the talks will be, and within what time the phase of dialogue that began on Sunday is set to close.
