EU rapporteur criticises Haradinaj for number of deputy ministers

The rapporteur for Kosovo in the European Parliament, Igor Sholtes, in addition to talking about visa liberalisation for Kosovo has also spoken of the large number of ministers, and in particular the deputy ministers.

Sholtes said Kosovo should make moves towards reforming public administration.
