“Congratulations on World Championship victory. The victory of these humble Brazilian boys is a victory for all the world's proletariat, against imperialism and revisionism.
The Albanian people have been enamored in these days near the Brazilian people and their football national, the Brazilian people, the glory of Marxism-Leninism”, writes Enver Hoxha in the letter launched at 15.8.1970.
