Six dead in two accidents, this is Kosovo Police appeal

Referring to the increase in the number of accidents with fatal consequences, especially the last two cases of self-accidents where six people died, three on June 8th in the Ferizaj region and three others in the Pec region today, Kosovo police have appealed to traffic participants, in particular to [...] leaders.
Police have demanded that drivers increase alert in the direction of the car, “because by their actions, not only are risking their lives, but also risking the lives of other participants in road traffic”.
“Seeing both the high cases mentioned are self-exaciated, required by drivers in particular to avoid such cases, to keep legal provisions, road signals, to conform to road conditions, not to drive vehicles until they are influenced by fatigue, sleep or alcohol influence, to avoid telephone use during driving, as well as other actions that could cause danger and uncertainty during the direction of Kosovo Police appeal.
Police have said they are continuing to monitor and manage the situation in road traffic across all roads in the country, and where participants conflict with the rules the law envisions in traffic, legal penalties are being applied and will be applied consistently in order to prevent accident cases in particular with fatal consequences.
Kosovo's “Police, in addition to active tasks in maintaining order and law enforcement, intensive engagement with its officials also has in managing and controlling road traffic and on a daily basis pronounces about 1000, a thousand tickets to countering traffic, yet the situation in road traffic remains disturbing and requires serious access to all, as well as companies of effective actions for conscious awareness of the purpose of preventing loss of human lives”, police have said.
