AAK MP Daut Haradinaj in Rubik's KTV presented a document that, according to him, shows the government's communication at the helm with Isa Mustafan, namely electronic communication between Minister Lutfi Zharku and Bechtel & Enkas.
“I've received an international communication of my government friends from past, minister and Bechtel & Enkas. Communication about obligations, dates, hours, places, who, what has communicated”, he said.

Kosovo had agreed in 2014 with the US-Turkish consortium to build Elez's Pristina-Eating Highway for 599.9m euros. The work would have to be completed on January 20, 2018, but paying delays lead Government to demand that the deadline be extended another year, exactly to 31.12.2018.
As a result of these delays, Bechtel & Enka delivered a document to the Ministry of Infrastructure late November 2017 with a claim of 63m euros.
