Crime can never get old.

I don't understand how it's possible to undo the crime! To remove or cancel an act punishable by law in power. How can it be said that it is now too late to serve the sentence? But crimes can never get old! Crime is not food product and can [...]

It says: CODRA Basri

These days, as it turned out, has been returned to Kosovo by former Kacanik municipality chairman Jabir Zharku, where he had been sentenced for acts that were grouped criminal (crime), by local courts years ago. He, in order to escape justice, had been away from Kosovo for six years, and during that time it is said that he has stayed in Sweden, where he appeared to us as an delegate, while also reportedly sometimes entering Kosovo, too, to disturb the waters in politics or clear the waters in his business.

It was written somewhere in a law, in the Kosovo Penal Code, in a sub-entity, that if the condemned can't be caught for a certain time, after a certain time too determined will be repaid (prescripted), that punishment, meaning, will be repaid.

I don't understand how it's possible to undo the crime! To remove or cancel an act punishable by law in power. How can it be said that it is now too late to serve the sentence? But crimes can never get old! Crime is not a food product and can be reached; it is a crime and should be punishable forever.

On the other hand, the attitude of the condemned called innocence cannot be reasoned. Guilty, respectively, does not determine the suspect (who could be convicted or acquitted), but justice, however unfair it may be. On the contrary, there would be no need for institutions of justice, and then there would be chaos in which the law of the fittest would be implemented.

Therefore, I PROTESTOUS for this conduct of the state and its respective institutions, which often arrest citizens for very banal reasons, while releasing condemned people and as such dangerous to public safety.

I also protest against political parties and various social, local and national organisations (even international) that do not respond adequately and effectively to this event.

I also protest the rehabilitation that a part of society is doing, not reacting properly. He doesn't need anyone, and at least the Kosovo cacan, who violated them as much as he could when he was there, and when he went too far that even his ruling friends couldn't protect him anymore, then he abandoned the country to save his head, an escape that obviously was highly compromising for the morality of a man who claimed to be a politician!

The crime of punishment says Russian genius writer Fuodor Dostoyevsky, in the title of one of his most famous novels. We will continue to suffer the greatest crimes." Until when?
