Attendees thanked OAK representatives for the meeting and mentioned that difficulties in being part of this sector every day and more are growing. The main problem was considered the application for licenses, because businesses must constantly visit the KPM until they are equipped with it. There were businesses at the meeting that you needed from 100 to 333 times to visit the KPM for a license,
Also for obtaining a license in the separation will need documentation amounting to 20,000 euros.
As a result of these problems, businesses are reducing the number of employees. There were businesses at the meeting since 70 employees were forced to drop to 15 employees.
Businesspeople also stressed that the amendment to the existing law obliges businesses to use bank guarantees, not allowing insurance companies as option, which is affecting business damage.
After hearing business problems, the main requirements of the series for which the Oda of Afarism in Kosovo will constantly be engaged until they can be implemented, among which they are:
· The grading of rivers and their type also allow for work distance.
R/Deformation of seperations from the mines and while simplifying the application procedures for licenses, this is because they are not the same category and the complexity of their jobs is very different.
· Setting up the river space for each separation means that each section is responsible for maintaining the riverbed area for which it is licensed.
· Returning licenses in the municipality for presentation as it was early and many more
